Terms of purchase

Shop

You shop by adding items to your shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart to get an overview of the products you have chosen and possibly enter a discount code and shipping method. Then proceed to checkout and enter your personal information, or log in if you already have an account. You can also enter any order comments. Also check that the total matches the total in the shopping cart, so that no discount code has disappeared. Then choose a payment method. If you choose Swish, payment information will follow in your order confirmation that you receive via email, and will also be displayed on the screen in the next step. If you choose Paypal/Credit card/Debit card, you will be redirected to a payment page.

All prices in the store are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) by default. You also have the option to view and pay in Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD).

When you make your first purchase, an account is also created when you check out. When you log in to your account, you can find your previous orders, receipts, change address, etc. With the environment in mind, no packing slips or paper receipts are sent.

Good to know

Colors shown in product images may differ from reality. I also reserve the right to final sales, incorrect stock balances and obvious incorrect pricing. Refunds for paid, undelivered items will be made immediately if they cannot be delivered.

To shop you need to be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's permission.

The information you provide when placing your order is never disclosed to third parties and will not be used for spam mail, telephone terror or the like.

Payment

You can choose between paying via Swish, with a Paypal account or with an account/credit card. We never charge any fees for paying. No handling fees, card fees or administrative fees. However, your bank may charge a fee for using Swish. Paypal only charges a fee to the seller/recipient.
When making a payment, you only authorize the amount shown in the checkout. It is technically impossible for me to withdraw more money from your account than the amount you authorized. In the event of a refund, this will be made to the same account from which you paid.

Swish (Sweden only)

Swish is an application for your mobile phone. With this app you can send (and receive) money to someone else who has Swish reception activated on their bank account. You need to have Swish activated in your bank, a mobile bank ID and the Swish app to be able to make payments. Paypal

With this payment method you can pay with a Visa card, a Mastercard or with a Paypal account, if you have one. To pay with a card you do not need to have a Paypal account, but select "Do you not have a Paypal account?" and you will be given the opportunity to fill in your card details. No recipient will ever have access to this card details! Only Paypal can see this and no recipient has the right to request this information from you - regardless of the reason.

Delivery

Delivery of physical item

Normal delivery time is 3-5 weekdays, however, there may be a delivery time of up to 10 days in cases where there are many orders coming in at the same time, there is illness or vacation. Delivery time is calculated from the time payment has been made. If you wish to cancel in cases where the delivery time exceeds a certain number of days, please state this as an order comment. You will then be contacted for more information and the option to cancel. Payment made will of course be refunded in this case.

Freight

Physical deliveries only take place within Sweden. Orders are usually sent with Posten Sverige AB. Items that are too large for a mailbox or letterbox will be notified by Posten and you will then be able to collect your order at your nearest Posten delivery point. Please note that you must collect the item within 14 days, after which it will be returned.

There is also the option of recepient payer freight. You then purchase your own freight via Postnord website, such as a digital stamp or Send Home. Please note that this choice also means that the transport risk then passes to you.
Contact me before placing the order to be able to use recipient payer shipping.

Delivery of digital item

If you purchase an item for download, you will have access to it as soon as your payment has been registered. If you pay with Paypal/credit card, this will happen immediately. If you pay with Swish, it will only happen when your payment has been registered manually, and can therefore take from a few hours to 2 days. You will have access to your digital item both via email and via My Pages. You can download free patterns for 30 days from purchase and premium patterns 360 days from purchase.

Return and claim

The Consumer Sales Act applies to transactions between businesses and private individuals.

Return/Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.
Customized goods have no right of return/open purchase.
Digital products/Downloadable products have no right of return/open purchase.

All returns must be notified in advance, and return shipping is paid for by the buyer. It is recommended that the return is sent with trackable shipping, as you are responsible for the transport risk.

Unclaimed shipments are not accepted as returns. If you have not collected your notified shipment within 14 days, it will be returned to me. It can then be sent again at a shipping cost. If the returned order has not been resent or requested within 30 days, the order will be automatically refunded to the payment account. Shipping costs, even if your order was free of shipping, and customized goods are not refunded.

When returned goods are received, a refund will be made within 7 days. Refunds can only be made to the account from which the payment was made.

Claim

You are responsible for using and/or applying the product correctly. Please refer to the respective product information and application guides.

I inspect all products I send to ensure they are intact, but if you have received the wrong item, you are of course welcome to make a complaint. Complaints must be made within 10 days of receipt.
